Trans, non-binary and intersex support sessions

These support sessions are for trans, non-binary, intersex people and those questioning, to meet each other, share information, support, and mutual aid..

The support session usually goes as follows:

  • We welcome everyone on the ground floor (or the first floor depending on the number of people) with tea, coffee, sometimes sodas, and/or snacks.
  • After a few minutes, we start the session with a presentation.

    • of the session
    • of the place, Le Diable au Corps
    • of the organization, Fiertés Colorées
    • of the present volunteers
    • of all the people who want to introduce themselves.
  • Then, we invite the attendees to split into two groups:

    • Those here to ask questions, receive information, listen to or share testimonies go to the 1st floor.
    • Those present to discuss, socialize, meet people... go to the ground floor (or to the courtyard to smoke).

It is of course possible and normal to move between the ground floor and the first floor as you wish: you are not stuck on either one!

"Arriving late" or "leaving early" doesn't exist: everyone comes when they want and leaves when they want, no stress about it.

At the end of the session, the volunteers present tidy up the place and sweep the floor: thank you for taking care of the Diable au Corps.
