Friendly welcome times
What are friendly welcome times?
These welcome times are open to everyone to meet people, discuss, play, chill... in a caring, queer, and friendly space.
Board games, snacks, and an activity are offered to those present.
The proposed activity changes every week: writing workshops, quizzes, karaokes, cooking, movies... there's something for everyone!
Of course, participation is never mandatory.
Whether you are LGBTI+ yourself or not, we welcome youevery Wednesday, between 4 PM and 7:30 PM, at Diable au Corps.
The welcome times do not take place during school holidays.
Several volunteers are present to answer questions, supervise the gathering, and respond to any concerns.

How do they take place?
Starting at 4 PM, everyone is welcomed on the ground floor of Diable au Corps, and those who wish can go up to the first floor.
Board games are offered, usually on the ground floor. For smokers, it is not possible to smoke indoors. However, there is a small courtyard at the back of the building, accessible from the ground floor, with a canopy at the end to provide shelter in case of rain.
At 5 PM, the proposed activity begins on the first floor.
Documentation on LGBTI+ topics, sexual health, and trans topics are freely available, as well as internal and external condoms.
At the end of the session, the volunteers tidy up the place and sweep the floor: thank you for taking care of the Diable au Corps.
From time to time, the volunteers and a few people go out for a drink together in town afterwards.
Does it have to be in a group?
Yes, the friendly welcome times aim to combat isolation and create community, so all gatherings are in groups.
They allow for games, group activities, etc.
However, it is possible to have a private conversation with volunteers from the friendly session, just ask them!
If you would like to have an individual meeting, we invite you to let us know by email (contact@fiertescolorees.org), and we will find a date and time that works for you.
